Each employee receives a day a year to focus on an initiative close to their interests. In 2024, this included working at food banks, community gardening, elderly people’s tea parties and charity football games. As a firm we organised a Christmas toy donation initiative across our London and New Jersey offices.

The London office has developed a relationship with its nearest school and volunteers have offered time to improve outside spaces for the children. The Aldgate School is the only state-funded school in the City of London with just over 200 primary pupils as well as a nursery and preschool.

The playground and roof terrace garden are of huge value to the children's school experience and childhoods. It is a historical site built on the Eastern gate of the Roman city walls of Londinium. The volunteers unearthed some beautiful pieces of antique tiles as well as some modern finds such as Lego, Stickle Bricks and a toy lobster.
